We don’t mass-produce everything we design or rugby shirt. Instead, we focus on limited runs for our core drops like our shorts and our classic polo shirts. That means:

If something sells out? Cool—we’ll restock it based on demand, not hype. This keeps the cycle tight and controlled, and every piece you wear has purpose behind it.
2. Print-On-Demand for Graphics = Less Waste, More Flex
All of our graphic tees, hoodies, and hats run on a print-on-demand model. We keep a minimal amount of Kings Of NY blank garments on deck and only print designs when orders come in daily. The result?

3. Low-Key Packaging That Gets the Job Done
We’re not about fancy boxes, glitter tissue, or excessive unboxing. Our shipping method is simple:
a clean bag, a folded piece, and one printed invoice.
That’s it. No frills, no fluff just what matters.
In 2025 we also cut our paper use by 50% just by printing two invoices per sheet of paper. It’s a small move, but when you do it thousands of times a year? It matters.
