Loved watching these guys make pizza. They care about the ingredients. It was a good crust – nice tomatoes in the sauce, good cheese, but I was bummed that it was re-heated. My chef buddy swears by them, so next time I will just have to wait until a fresh one comes out of the oven.

So yeah, we went, we ate and we loved it. The crust was charred on the edges in a good way from their brick oven. It was a slightly undercooked, chewy, but still absolutely amazing. Big Basil leaves, spicy roni, 3 blended cheeses, super saucy sauce – a big wow. The owner, Mark, was a good guy and told me to try their calzones. Next time.
